Uniform Policy
Washington Heights Academy is a uniform school, with specific guidelines for students in PreKindergarten, Kindergarten-Grade 4 and Grades 5-8.
We believe that uniforms not only reduce comparisons and competition with regard to clothing, but signify a sense of unity and commitment to our school community. All families who choose to join the WHA community are expected to adhere to the school’s uniform policy. Students are required to wear their uniform colors throughout the year.
