Through a generous grant of $52,000 from the Office of Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, WHA took a huge leap forward with technology in the classroom. Over the summer we added two new computers and a color printer to every classroom. The Art Studio received two computers and a wide format color printer. Two new portable Smartboards with projectors were also purchased for shared classroom use. These exciting purchases will help WHA to meet its aim of integrating technology more extensively in our classrooms. This grant was spearheaded by Friends of Washington Heights Academy
